Alan Bourke – Director/CEO
Alan is the Director/CEO of Macarthur Labour Services and started the company in December 2011 as a sole trader servicing two clients. MLS has now grown into a private company servicing more than 20 clients. Alan is a father of two boys with a positive attitude that inspires others to work hard and achieve their goals.

Kate Bourke – General Manager
Kate joined Macarthur Labour Services as the General Manager in April 2018. Kate has completed multiple degrees including a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Applied Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws (multiple times Deans List Scholar and Aspire Leadership Program Scholarship Recipient and Participant) so therefore has brought a wealth of knowledge to Macarthur Labour Services.

Kieran Murray – Senior Team Leader
Kieran joined Macarthur Labour Services in December 2015. Kieran has progressed through the company and is now a senior team leader and familiar face throughout Macarthur Labour Services. Kieran has grown up in the Macarthur community and brings a positive hands on attitude to Macarthur Labour Services.

Jordan Pearson – Team Coordinator Manager/Team Leader
Jordan started with Macarthur Labour Services in December 2013. Jordan has completed a Bachelor of Business and Commerce majoring in sports management and sub majoring in marketing. Jordan has expanded upon his marketing and Team Leader roles to also include being our Team Coordination Manager at Macarthur Labour Services.

Jake Taylor – Team Leader
Jake began with Macarthur Labour Services in May 2019. Jake constantly shows the great qualities and ability he has to be a great leader at MLS. Jake has a positive attitude towards work and always motivates his peers to get the job done. Jake is a well respected team member of MLS.

Michael Halls – Team Leader
Michael started working with MLS in May 2021. Michael approaches every day with a positive can do attitude and doesn’t shy away from any task. Michael is always upbeat and encourages his co workers to get the best out of them which is a great demonstration of his leadership skills.

Emma Brennan – Executive Assistant
Emma joined Macarthur Labour Services in March 2022 and has quickly progressed to the role of Executive Assistant. Emma is resourceful and innovative, as well as being proactive and has been a significant addition to the management team.

What you enjoy about working for MLS: The strong bond between staff members, as well as the strength from the management team. The respect shown between management and all staff members is also something that is a pleasure to witness.
